DELIVERY AND RETRUNS

Delivery times

Parcels are generally prepared within 3 to 5 days (Monday to Friday) from Paris. This period may be extended in the event of heavy traffic.

We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them.


If the order contains personalised or made-to-order items, the entire order will be sent once it is ready and cannot be separated.

Personalized items and plaster take 1 month to be made in our workshop, excluding shipping.

Gift packs are limited to 3 per order for a total of 3 euros. We do not send paper bags.

They are then delivered to the post office by the Colissimo service, which takes care of the delivery.

Metropolitan France and Monaco: 72h (2 working days) depending on traffic .

Outside mainland France, we use the UPS service depending on traffic .

Overseas: 5 to 7 days depending on destination depending on traffic .

International: 4 to 8 days depending on destination depending on traffic .

Within the DOM and overseas territories: 72h (2 working days) depending on traffic. Track your order with the Colissimo tracking number provided in the shipping email.

 Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage (a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order).

Our team will do its utmost to meet the deadlines mentioned. However, Alix D. Reynis cannot be held responsible for delays due to: suspension of service by our carriers, or customs procedures for foreign shipments.

Additional charges may apply for islands in Europe.

Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs duties, which are sometimes charged by certain countries and over which we have no control.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and complaint. This period starts from the date of receipt of your order or the first delivery attempt.

Cosmetics and personalized objects or jewelry made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return costs remain at your charge, generate your slip on the website of UPS or other, then send us your wish by email as well as the proof of sending.

To avoid any risk of breakage, any returned order must be sent back to us in its original packaging to the following address

If we find any breakage on receipt of your return, the item will not be exchanged or refunded.
