Fascinated by the refinement, simplicity and timelessness of products from the past, our creator has designed her cosmetics as a return to the essentials. Alix D. Reynis skincare products combine the authenticity of natural materials with the delicacy of a decorated porcelain vessel. All our cosmetics are handmade in France by an artisan using only natural ingredients.

Our soaps (made by cold saponification), ointments and balms are the result of careful consideration and testing, both in terms of scent, texture and quality.

All our ointments are made from natural ingredients: shea butter, rich in vitamins A, D, E and F and known for its nourishing properties; beeswax, which has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties that facilitate healing; sweet almond and castor oil, whose benefits have been appreciated since ancient times. Our coloured ointments are made on the same basis and their colour is also of natural origin.

The porcelain jars in which all our beauty products are packaged are made in the family-owned Limoges factory using traditional ancestral techniques. The gold trim on our ointments is handmade by one of the last porcelain setters in Limoges.

In an effort to be environmentally conscious and promote sustainability, our porcelain containers are reusable with our product refills or can be used as stand-alone containers. Refills are sold in appropriate containers to avoid the use of environmentally damaging packaging and to ensure that our products are well preserved.
